After a thorough review of medications, the nurses on staff can assist with a medication plan and set up in conjunction with your prescribing physician, pharmacist, and primary doctor. Whether the client is independent with medications, needs them to be administered, or somewhere in between, we have experience and tools in place to help maintain safety. Logs are kept that staff use to setup, give, or remind clients of their medications at the appropriate times. We also have other means of documentation to keep track of medications, order and re-order medications, and update our logs if medications change.
