As a licensed comprehensive home health care company with the Minnesota Department of Health, we are able to perform many services. Our licensed staff provide a free in-home assessment to help determine which services would best meet the client’s needs. Continual reassessments are performed frequently by our licensed staff to monitor for changes. Some of our other nursing services include medication management with medication set up, weekly check ins, and a point of contact to your primary physician and other medical staff regarding health changes. Besides providing nursing services, our nurses act as assistants to help discover more resources that may be valuable to the client in terms of safety, mobility and transportation, therapy services, and more.
