We specialize in offering individualized care that is designed for each client. Being a small, family run company, we have the ability to provide clients with a hand-selected care team based on the client’s needs and preferences. Clients will meet each caregiver before they come in for their first shift and we make a schedule so they will know who to expect for the next few shifts. Our care team has fun each day and enjoys spending time with clients. The group of caregivers communicates with each other to give seamless care from one day to another.

Our responsible staff members are certified with either their PCA (Personal Care Assistant), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), or RN (Registered Nurse) License. All team members are also First Aid/CPR certified. On top of that, unlicensed staff members go through at least 30 hours of training before working independently. Along with being medically qualified, our staff are hand-selected, reliable caregivers that show compassion for others while maintaining professionalism.

We listen to our client's needs and develop a care plan that is continually reassessed and adjusted as needed. Care is documented daily in a journal, along with other health monitoring that is reviewed by nursing staff. The team communicates with physicians and appointed family members promptly on important changes. The team also communicates with each other regularly and at shift changes.

We strive to go above and beyond expectations to meet the client's and family's needs. We have a few payment timing options to accommodate your schedule. Currently, we accept private pay and long term care insurance as payment options.
