Erica has been working with BEHHC since 2016. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and has experience working in an assisted living facilities. These patient care experiences allowed her to discover her passion for caring for people and sparked her interest in providing one-on-one care for people in their home. Erica finds one-on-one care to be very rewarding because she feels it allows her to interact with clients on a more personal level. In May 2025, Erica graduated with a Masters degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology that has furthered her healthcare education immensely. Outside of her jobs, Erica enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family.
