We specialize in offering individualized care that is designed for each client. Each care team is chosen based on the client's needs. 

Our responsible staff members are certified with either their PCA (Personal Care Assistant), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), or RN (Registered Nurse) License. All team members are also First Aid/CPR certified. Staff members go through at least 30 hours of training before working independently.

Along with being medically qualified, our staff are hand picked, reliable caregivers that show compassion for others while maintaining professionalism.

We listen to our client's needs and develop a care plan that is continually reassessed and adjusted as needed. Care is documented daily in a journal, along with other health monitoring that is kept monitored by nursing staff. The team communicates with appointed family members promptly on important changes. The team also communicates with each other regularly and at shift changes.

We help keep our client's home in good order. We assist around the house by doing laundry, changing bedsheets, taking out trash, and washing dishes, along with keeping the kitchen area clean. 

We become personal chefs; planning nutritious meals with our clients preferences in mind. We can take care of getting the groceries, preparing, and serving the meal, as well as clean up afterwards.

We offer friendly and supportive conversation, while also being available for other activities such as playing games, going on outings, or simply being there for our clients. The focus is always making each day the best it can be!

After going through a thorough review of medications, the nurses on staff can assist with a medication plan and set up. Whether the client is independent with medications or needs them to be administered, we have experience and tools to help maintain safety. Logs are kept that staff use to give or remind client's of their medications at the appropriate times.

We can schedule doctor appointments and other appointments as needed, drive our clients to and from the appointment or desired location, and sit in and keep records or ask questions for future clarification.
